MEMBERS AREA / UPDATED ON OCT 24, 2026
Your data in C4lmont.
What is recorded
When you create an account, the authentication service records your email, a user identifier and information needed to protect access. When you save your character, we record your email, nickname, avatar appearance options, points, edit count, creation and update dates, and the version of this notice.
What we use it for
This data is used to allow you access, confirm your email, recover your account and maintain your avatar across devices. Registration does not automatically subscribe you to advertising or newsletters. News and guides can be read without counting.
Where they are and who accesses them
Authentication and database use Google Firebase. The holder accesses their own profile, and the C4lmont administration can consult the records to operate and support the service. Profiles and emails are not made publicly available. Staff do not have access to the password in clear text. Please also see Google privacy policy.
Browser storage
We use session storage to maintain login to this tab. When you exit, access ends. The avatar is saved in the database after confirmation. We do not add advertising or analytics tools to the members area.
Edit or delete
You can edit your nickname and appearance in the members area for 50,000 points per edit. Under “My account and data”, you can delete your profile and account by confirming your password. For questions or requests about your data, contact calmontlive@gmail.com. After deletion, we retain only a technical marker with the account identifier and date, without email, nickname or avatar, to prevent improper character recreation on that same account. Security logs maintained by the provider follow its own policies.
Language based on your country
On your first visit, we query the Country service to estimate your country from your IP address and select Portuguese, English or Spanish. This request sends your IP to the provider, without your email, profile or precise location. C4lmont does not save the IP from this lookup. We cache the estimated language for up to six hours in this tab and remember your manual choice in this browser until you change it or clear browser data. Explicit language links are respected. If the lookup fails, we use your browser language. VPNs may change the detected country.
Country ↗About the future game
The game begins with an interactive refuge. Your character and points are saved in your account. At this stage there are no items, rewards, combat or exploration outside the house. Any additional use of your data will be disclosed when new features launch.
