What is Rune Keepers?

Rune Keepers is a pixel-art idle dungeon RPG, presented by its team as a browser game for Solana. Idle means heroes fight automatically while you manage the team, recovery and progression. The team describes squads of up to 15 heroes. The screenshots show combat in Frost cave and the party slots along the bottom.

When can we play?

The team told C4lmont that the game is expected to launch between November 5 and 10, 2026. The KRUN token has a separate estimated window of November 1–5. These are estimates: exact dates are expected to be announced on October 27 through official channels. The access shown here is a private preview, not an open public registration.

1. Heroes: understand and organize your squad

The Heroes menu lists characters, rarities, attributes and durability. Filters separate Hunting, Resting and In forge states. Send deploys a hero; Rest pulls them back to recover. Send all and Rest all handle the group. The screen explains that attacks consume durability. Before sending everyone, check each character's condition and open Details.

2. Summon: heroes and rarity odds

In Summon, players select a quantity and receive randomly drawn heroes. The preview lists Common 82.87%, Uncommon 10.36%, Rare 5.18%, Epic 1.04%, Legendary 0.51% and Mythic 0.04%, with one to six skills by rarity. Ten summons display a cost of 250,000 test KRUN. Ten attempts do not guarantee a Legendary: read the odds and do not interpret demonstration balances as a confirmed real entry cost.

3. Fusion: four heroes become one rarer hero

Fusion requires four resting heroes of the same rarity to produce one of a higher rarity. They do not necessarily need to share a class. With Common selected, the screen states an Uncommon result and a 10% chance to jump to Rare. Check the selected heroes, cost and expected result before confirming: you exchange numbers for progression. This screenshot does not establish the same odds for every combination.

4. Blacksmiths: what does the forge do?

Heroes need durability recovery to sustain combat. The preview states a resting recovery rate of 1 durability per minute, accelerated by blacksmiths. Blacksmiths lists different Slots and Repair rates. My forge shows your facilities; Shop lists options. Compare capacity and recovery with squad size, without treating test prices as final launch prices.

5. Porter: help with the routine

According to its screen, the Porter takes tired heroes to the forge and brings repaired ones back to the arena. It automates the combat and recovery cycle. The screenshot shows it active on this preview account; that does not mean every new player will receive one for free at launch.

6. Combat and boss appearances

In the arena, watch heroes, enemies and squad condition. The screenshot includes Send all, Send healthy and Rest all. A notice states a 3% boss appearance chance every 50 monsters in this version. The team calls the boss Warlord. This is a probability, not a guaranteed encounter after every group of 50 enemies.

7. Market: trading with other players

The Market has hero, blacksmith and Porter categories, plus Buy, Sell and My listings tabs. The supplied screen has no listings. Its description says 20% of a sale goes to the game and the remainder to the chest. This is preview functionality, not evidence of liquidity, completed sales or final marketplace rules.

8. Wallet & chest: two separate balances

The interface separates Wallet, used for purchases, from Chest, which receives KRUN from monsters. A withdrawal panel displays a 3% fee and a 0.005 SOL studio fee. However, this preview has no real crypto, connected wallet or withdrawals. These numbers and buttons are demonstrations, not C4lmont earnings or payment evidence. Check actual conditions after the official opening.

9. Invites: the referral screen

Invites displays a code, link and friend/card tracking. The description says cards are earned as invited friends progress. The visible code belongs to the preview environment; whether it survives the reset is unconfirmed. For now, follow official launch channels and do not treat this invitation as beta access.

How to prepare now

Start with the cycle: build a squad → fight → recover durability → progress. Learn the rarities and the differences between resting, forging and fusion. Watch for date confirmation on October 27 and review costs and rules when the game opens. You do not need C4lmont's private password to prepare: this guide explains the screens but does not provide beta access.
